Use the reference shown after your candidate application, CV profile save, interview-training registration or agency form. We verify the email or phone number against the original record before acting.
What happens next
Deletion is not automatic from the public form. An approved administrator reviews the request, verifies that it matches the saved record and then permanently removes the live record, private CV file and its backup copy. For correction requests, we contact you before changing the record.
